Associate, Dunch Arts
The Associate is a key member of the Dunch Arts team, working with the President, Senior Consultants and Consultants to successfully support and execute a diverse range of client projects across multiple artistic disciplines. The successful candidate will be a well-organized administrator and experienced development all-rounder with high computer literacy, who can work successfully and competently across the firm’s client portfolio in a supporting capacity. The Associate functions across all areas of the firm’s administration, project management, and fundraising activities. S/he will be capable of serving in a front-facing client role onsite, and behind the scenes supporting senior colleagues in their front-facing client roles. S/he will also execute other duties as required by the President or Dunch Arts.

We’ve been called “the Navy SEALS of fundraising” by a prominent funder because we move quickly, inject energy and momentum into organizations, and propel our clients towards success. To succeed with us, you’ll need to be a great fundraiser, with strong functional experience in every facet of development and a sophisticated approach to financial and organizational strategy. In addition, you’ll also be a strong business executive: able to manage consulting teams on- and off-site, create organizational business plans, facilitate Board strategic planning processes, write and teach others about culture and business, and manage multiple clients and their donors with discretion.
